A Hudson Valley Craft Beer & Wine Tavern

The Tapsmith is a Hudson Valley region craft beer taproom, aiming to bring you flavors from our area, fresh and on draught. We feature beer from breweries that line the Hudson River and are no more than 2 or 3 hours from our front door by car. Some surprises too.

Wine is also a focus. Delicious, drinkable, accessible. Wine doesn’t have to be expensive to be good.

Our food menu will rotate around some creative in-house efforts to satisfy your taste buds, if we don’t have our famous “La Bella Sophia” pizza available. We are very proud of our pizza, and the women who make them!

Hey Hudson Valley, the FOURTH annual Oktoberfest is coming to Croton On Hudson SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 28th at noon!

It will feature Live music all day, and over 50 amazing food, craft beer and local retail vendors for a special afternoon!

The Croton Tapsmith is proud to be a sponsor of this afternoon of free, family friendly fun as Grand St. in
Croton is transformed into a bier garden and kinderfest!

Wood Fired Pizza

If it is over 60 degrees, we will have our WOOD FIRED PIZZA oven, named “La Bella Sophia” out front each Sunday for “GRUB ON GRAND St.”

The Sidewalk Bier Garden is always open on nice days, We ask that you respect table time and how many seats you are occupying. We want everyone to enjoy the space, so please keep that in mind!

We carry a robust selection of to go Craft Beer and Ciders as well. Here is what we currently have!

Our hours are from afternoon until approximately 10pm…. weekends 11pm.
